Industry & Workforce Effective Engagement to Expand Registered Apprenticeship

Participants attended a virtual technical assistance session entitled Industry & Workforce: Effective Engagement to Expand Registered Apprenticeship. More than just an informational webinar, this session featured employers, select workforce partners, and leadership at the U.S. Department of Labor in a frank conversation about what’s working for employers and what improvements can help grow Registered Apprenticeship (RA) nationally and at the state level. The session was a fast-paced 60 minutes, including time for discussion and Q&A.

Identifying and Convening Stakeholders: Office Hours

The Center of Excellence convened workforce, education, and industry stakeholders to begin the process of Registered Apprenticeship (RA) program development. This meeting discussed how to get the key players or "ecosystem" to the table to respond to what your industry needs with RA programs.

This meeting was part of Safal Partners' US Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Technical Assistance (RA TA) Center of Excellence on Strategic Partnerships and System Alignment. The Center provides expert technical assistance on quality Registered Apprenticeship programming and increasing Apprenticeship alignment with America's public workforce system and educational systems.
