System Alignment with Apprenticeship Part 2: Assessing Apprenticeship Alignment
In “Assessing Service Alignment” we discussed the value of leadership vs. “being leveraged” for the success of an apprenticeship initiative and the quality of alignment for those in a leadership role. These two areas of focus frame alignment assessment for apprenticeship initiatives, and the process for completing that assessment. How to complete this assessment and support provided by the Registered Apprenticeship Technical Assistance Center of Excellence on Strategic Partnership and System Alignment was shared in this session.
