Peter Simon and Jennie Mollica from High Road Alliance will discuss their recent research on adult education engagement with pre-apprenticeship programs across California as well as a concrete example of providing technical assistance utilizing HRA's Equitable Apprenticeship Toolkit in building an innovative pre-apprenticeship involving an adult education program, a public transit agency, labor union, and community organizations.

Virtual Institute: States Driving Apprenticeship Expansion

The Virtual Institute will bring together state apprenticeship expansion grantees  and key partners for a national dialogue on apprenticeship, with a focus on states as facilitators and drivers of Registered Apprenticeship expansion. Center of Excellence leadership will speak on the Center’s work and how state grantees can both access and contribute to technical assistance on topics relating to apprenticeship alignment with education and workforce systems.
