COABE Annual Conference – “Shrinking Apprenticeship Alignment Gaps”

COABE Annual Conference – “Shrinking Apprenticeship Alignment Gaps”

Apprenticeship is the most time-tested method of effective workforce development. However, in 2017 only FOUR local Adult Basic Education programs in the U.S. self-reported as having an RA program. Center staff will share findings of a recent national Registered Apprenticeship assessment survey of the education and workforce system as well as national labor market and apprenticeship trends presenting opportunities for ABE programs to accelerate student preparedness for - and success in - high quality career pathways.
