Ready Aim Launch - Overcoming Youth Barriers Through Registered Youth Apprenticeship
During the Florida Association for Career and Development Education conference, the Center presented, Building, Launching and Sustaining Your Program. This presentation talked about the elements of Registered Apprenticeship (RA), five core components of RA, companies adopting RA, benefits for schools, students, and employers, and comparting apprenticeship and internship.

Attendees joined Center of Excellence team members from Safal Partners and CWA at CWA's annual WORKCON conference. The session was open and free to all. Attendees learned how stakeholders from business, industry associations, workforce boards, and secondary- and post-secondary educational institutions can access assistance around better aligning Registered Apprenticeships with workforce and education systems and increasing co-enrollment with WIOA.
