Understanding how a national Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) gets on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) and why that is important was the focus of this session. Unpacking whether the state ETPL include a national Registered Apprenticeship program, or if extra steps need to be taken at the local level to include a Registered Apprenticeship program, or if WIOA funds can be used on Registered Apprenticeship if the RAP doesn't appear on the ETPL were addressed.
